Scooter the Skateboarding Parakeet

We were at the US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, Ca and we found this lady on the pier with a skateboarding parakeet. The Parakeet’s name was scooter. Not only does he ride skateboards but you can also see him pretending to be a cowboy as well as a few other stunts that he has up his wing. – Leecifer
